OA Management Builds Property Management Infrastructure

OA Management, an Atlanta-based property management firm, announces the addition of four industry veterans to continue building the infrastructure of its property management team. Joining OA Management are: Kinsey Hinkson, senior portfolio manager; Steve Sauriol, operations director; Sandy Alley, portfolio administrator; and Melissa Glenn, senior property accountant.

“We’ve built our business on years of providing steadfast property management services for our properties, particularly over the past two pandemic years, and now I’m even more confident that we’ll continue to deliver that predictable level of service with this new group of industry professionals,” explains Brian Granath, partner of OA Development. “Our mission is to create the best workplace possible ensuring tenant success, and these leaders are an integral part in that effort.”

OA Management manages sister firm OA Development’s office assets in Georgia and North Carolina. The management team has established the OA standard for property management, resulting in a strong company-wide tenant retention rate over the past five years. After just one year as Vice President of Property Management, Melody Frcek aims to build on OA’s longstanding success with these four critical hires.

As Senior Portfolio Manager, Kinsey Hinkson oversees property operations for the OA Development portfolio, which includes leading the property staff. Kinsey is involved in developing efficient and effective operating processes, building strong vendor relationships, establishing property management standards and creating a superior tenant experience at each of the properties. “Kinsey is keenly focused on creating the image and practices that really separate OA Management from other management teams,” adds Frcek. Hinkson also oversees the firm’s third-party management partners in North Carolina to ensure consistent operations throughout the portfolio. With over 15 years’ experience working with a portfolio of commercial office assets, Hinkson possesses a proven capability for strategic thinking and leadership, financial analysis and customer service. She has been active in BOMA at local, regional and international levels since 2007.

Steve Sauriol brings 41 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Operations Director. Sauriol is directly responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of buildings for the firm’s property portfolio including managing and leading the engineering staff; implementing protocols; conducting audits and inspections; and overseeing budgets, capital projects, policies and procedures. His sharp analysis of building operations drives efficiencies, and his proven leadership acumen creates first-class teams. Sauriol has earned multiple BOMA-Georgia awards and certifications.

With 22+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, finance and insurance; Sandy Alley joins OA Management as Portfolio Administrator to offer support in lease tracking, insurance and contract compliance, portfolio administration and project management initiatives. Alley has also earned several BOMA Property Management certifications.

Senior Property Accountant Melissa Glenn is a detail-oriented problem solver, who is responsible for day-to-day accounting; preparation and maintenance of financial statements; and annual budget and CAM reconciliations.

As Vice President of Property Management, Melody Frcek is eager to grow OA Management with this group of dynamic leaders: “These new hires possess the experience, drive and professionalism required to intentionally build out a programmatic management protocol. With the employee experience being critical in the current climate, we need to aim even higher in creating an environment of success for our tenants that also promotes asset integrity. With this new team, I am confident we will achieve that and more.”
