Artie Turner, Construction Manager and Building Engineer
Artie Turner is OA Management’s Construction Manager and Building Engineer, overseeing 337,000 square feet of office space. He is responsible for all engineering operations and monitors building systems and performance. His responsibilities include ensuring all buildings comply with applicable codes and regulations related to building operations and work safety, as well as performing complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. He also manages all building improvement and tenant improvement projects across all properties.
Artie utilizes trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling on a daily basis. He formulates and implements a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Artie has more than 25 years of engineering experience. He has a commercial state contractor license, as well as a Universal CFC license. He enjoys home time and church.
