Eric Singer joined the OA team in 2009 as Senior Vice President and specializes in acquisitions.
Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Pull-A-Part, a rapidly expanding end user of industrial properties. At Pull-A-Part, Eric played a key role in the firm’s expansion from three to 23 sites across the East Coast, utilizing a variety of acquisition, build-to-suit and sale-leaseback approaches.
Eric has served in a leadership role in several local and national non-profits and as founding president of Ramah Darom, a $25 million summer camp and retreat facility in northeast Georgia.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree from Georgia State University. He is a former instructor at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Alaskan guide and distribution industry executive. He is the father of three now-grown children. His hobbies include harmonica, camping and travel.
