OA Management has expanded its engineering team to service the company’s ever-growing portfolio. Below is more information about the team, which protects OA’s investments and ensures tenants’ comfort.
Derek Dalli, Chief Engineer: Derek Dalli is OA’s Chief Engineer, overseeing 1.3 million square feet and four engineers. He manages all engineering operations and monitors building systems operations and performance. His responsibilities include ensuring all buildings comply with applicable codes and regulations related to building operations and work safety, and performing complex preventative maintenance and corrective repair of building equipment and grounds. He also formulates and implements a preventative maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Lorenzo Taylor, Building Engineer: As a Building Engineer for Summit, Lorenzo Taylor monitors building systems, provides tenant customer service, oversees grounds keeping, and performs building maintenance for the property. He parlayed his mechanical background into a building engineering career in 2009 and has since been repeatedly recognized for going above and beyond to service tenants.
David Peterson, Building Engineer: David Peterson is the Building Engineer for Crestwood Pointe I and II, where he is responsible for operating and maintaining all building equipment and systems. His responsibilities including preventative work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC-related equipment and routine inspections.
Mitchell Smith, Building Engineer: Mitchell Smith assists in the maintenance and operation of OA’s Alpharetta properties, ensuring tenants’ comfort and providing daily customer service. He is responsible for performing preventative work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related equipment and monitoring equipment’s operation. He troubleshoots operations failures, re-establishes building services, and performs routine building inspections.
Nikolay Zambarov, Maintenance Technician: As a maintenance technician, Nikolay Zambarov is instrumental in ensuring tenant satisfaction at 2400 Lake Park, monitoring building systems, providing tenant customer service, overseeing grounds keeping, and performing building maintenance for the property. He also formulates and implements a preventative maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
